SUGAM JAGRITI is a non governmental organization (NGO) based in Nalanda District of Bihar state (India)

The organization was founded in the year 2001, by the group of young sensitive youths in the interest of the society. Sugam Jagriti A pioneer organization helping marginalized Youths, Physically challenged, women & Girls in India.

The organization believes and practice communalized strategic planning , program monitoring and evaluation following participatory approach. Through communalization tries to make community, local governance and government sensitive towards ultra poor problems. It has believe on blending professionalism with social feeling. It emphasizes on optimum involvement of women members and gender policy is universal in programs. The organization believes in development BY THE PEOPLE and FOR THE PEOPLE . Bringing social change through commoditized process is the uppermost priority of the Organization.

Sugam Jagriti is a pioneer in promotion of Livelihood promotion through Skill Development, Women Empowerment, Sustainable Livelihood, Girls Education, Gender Equality, Child Rights & Welfare, Agriculture, Environmental and Water issues for the Marginalized & deprived sections of the community.
